Our latest 'client of the month' award actually goes to two clients who have both worked extremely hard over the course of their packages.
Steve Streener lost a superb 16 pounds in 8 weeks! He did this though regular cardio interval sessions set by Beta Fitness, and 2-3 sessions a week of superset resistance training with the odd metabolic routine thrown in for good measure.
Karen Tuckwell came to us to work at a higher intensity than she was able to push herself to on her own. We completed 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks, introduced her to Nutrition Bible way of eating, and showed her how to train for a massive metabolic boost. Whats more, Karen found that she was working out much less than she was before and gaining much better results! Although Karen didn't have much weight to lose in the first place, she still managed to shift a few kg's and boosted her fitness through the roof. She is also going to continue to train with us to keep those results coming.
